The Ramble
With 941 acres of rolling topography to the steep
slopes of Ducker Mountain, the community, as currently planned, is
primarily low density residential with a small retail/commercial parcel
at the Valley Springs Road entrance at US Highway 25. In addition, there
is a 30-acre parcel of land near Racquet Club Road that is designated
for Deerfield to expand its senior care housing.
Construction of the first phase began in the
Summer/Fall 2004 and construction of all homesites is expected to be
completed by 2016. Home construction should be completed by 2020.
